just wondering if there is some kind of minimum to be ranked for MVP... for example, the kicker/punter race here in a CPU dominated Pee Wee copper conference:

the first five are actual kickers and punters... the next five never attempted a kick or a punt--they're just there for some reason... i've seen this in other rankings and discount it as filler EXCEPT, in this conference there is are other players who have made punts but AREN'T listed while those last five are listed. ??? confused.. me too.
one team used a DE to punt 5 times and he's listed 15th out of 16 in punt average. Now that's not going to win any awards but should be ranked above the 5 who didn't attempt any punts.

Do what we do......forget about trying to figure out how MVP works because it makes no sense. Its been beat into the ground over and over and your just left with your arms up in the air saying "WTF"

Yeah, MVP is just about who can exploit the system the best.
