I'm thinking it's 60 or 65............ but, likewise, I could be wrong also.

Assuming it hasn't changed since 2010 (i know this has been answered more recently but this is the first one i found in the Q&A)
Note: the question and answer isn't dealing with this specifically, but bort references the answer at 70+
Question : What's the rivalry points DOING bort? Can we not give tips to improve? We cannot possibly give ideas unless told how it works
Answer: . If it was within 7, score 3 points. Within 21? 2 points. Under the blowout limit of 70? 1 point. Playoff game gets an extra point. Come from behind in the 4th quarter gets an extra point. blowout more than 70 is worth zero. Basically, games that are more exciting because they are closer increase your rivalry score.
I snipped it down a bit since the rest of it isn't important to the discussion. Again, this is from 2010 (by bort, look up "blowout" in Q&A search) and it's possible he changed it but probably not.

rivalry score?
A while back they decided to try to keep teams that have been playing against each other together if possible. The higher your rivalry score, the more likely you'll end up in the same league together given you both promote.

Hmmm, well what if you are winning by 80 in the 4th quarter and send in your backups?
80 point leads drops to a 59 point lead, then what?
80 point leads drops to a 59 point lead, then what?
then Bort calls Catch, who sends in DigitalDaggers to destroy all your dots

My understanding is that the game considers any game won by 70+ points to be a blowout, and adjusts stats accordingly for the MVP race.

If the game is only won by 59 points, then it's not a "blowout," and all your dots get full credit for their stats in the MVP race.
Final score is what matters.
