Any advice on where to build next? I have 13 SPs and one boost left for this season.

Your link is wrong! If its your wr then you left your speed way too low, it should be over 90 naturaly by now... Also you have spred your points too balanced in your attributes. After you are done with your first attribute (ex. Speed 88) you go to your second main and at the same time 4 way multi-train them and 2 other attributes.
But if you want to keep the dot then you keep on going with speed
