How do I do the settings to give each of them equal shares?

Custom slot them all 2 deep and use 99/1?

Or custom slot them all 2 deep and then force starters on 3rd down with an equal amount of plays for each?

Or let one dot get every carry one game, then the next dot the next game, etc to create a seasonal average near 33/33/33 by the end.

That is the obvious way to get it close.

I have no idea why people get so concerned by this. If you win, recruiting takes care of itself and people accept their roles.

98/99, keep all off special teams, rotate different starters in different HB custom slots and use those custom slots for different plays.

base it on builds with your OAI...power back gets chunks of OAI...speedy get other...pass catcher gets and cut HB gets.....its tough if they are good builds so you have to watch plays...check summary and energy....

Simple.

Put one in HB Slot
one in HB1 slot
one in HB 2 slot.

Now when you pick your plays make sure they have an equal amount of plays each. Say you run 15 different run plays, have then as the designated back for 5 of those plays each.
