Not sure if its been suggested already(probably has) but allowing an owner to designate a couple players as team captains would be great. You could designate one for offense and one for the defense. The player would have a "C" next to his name on the roster and maybe have a boost in morale and those around him or a % bump in a SA like "fire up." The player receiving the "C" could also get a +1 in confidence for the season.

It would be for that season and team only but I could see the problem in agents demanding their dot being a captain. i would like to see at least guys receiving the title though.

On teams I'm involved with, we set up team captains each season.
Would be nice to see GLB add this to the game somehow ,something in the lines of a mentor or such

If its brought up that much the customers want it - so +1
