been watching a lot of level 1 rookie/pee wee games, and sadly too many vs. CPU dots...anyway...

noticing A LOT of juked and some surges and pump fakes. Do CPU dots put SPs into SAs? Or, are these the type that fire even without having points in them, and, if so, why does it seem like the CPU teams have these fire and my level 1 dots don't?

CPUs are based on a template that Catch credit specific to each position / archetype. They are then scaled down to the correct level, but maintain the same relative build (just worse). Since those templates have SAs, even lower level CPUs have SAs (altho probably only 1 rank).

seems like an end-tree (or near end depending on the position/AT) think like juke shouldn't be found on a dot scaled to level 1, but who knows?

makes me wonder whether the CPU dots wear the equivalent of custom EQ and somehow it ignores the fact that the tree upgrade isn't available before level 8 or perhaps its a rounding issue and a value of 1 is assigned as the lowest rather than zero.

either way, the scaled CPU equivalent of a level 1 dot shouldn't have 2 jukes in one game IMO

Pee Wee dots spend in SAs early, I'm assuming CPU dots would too (because their end builds are also subpar).
