Does that remaining XP have anything to do with my total XP for creating and boosting players?

If not, and I decide to use that remaining xp from the retired player and get a skill point from it, can I choose which one of my current players to give it to?


Anything else Im missing that you might be able to add?

No to all the above.

Remaining XP can only be traded in for morale, skill points, or training points for the particular player you are trying to trade XP in.

You use flex to create players, not XP.
