It's bout dam time. Too many VA's, too many team changes, too many sim changes...
With the way this current VA rule is setup, it benefits the networks and hurts the independents. Either give us Full VA resets every season or somewhere around 30 VP resets per season at a minimum. 15 VP reset per season is no longer enough and it hasn't been for a while now.

I hear this might be the correct forum. But I could be wrong.

I'd argue the best way to do this is to change VA resets to a tiered system.

Levels 25-30 5 Point Reset
30-40 10 Point Reset
40-50 15 Point Reset
50-60 20 Point Reset
60-70 25 Point Reset
70+ 30 Point Reset

Things are fine as they are. Consider plateau as an bonus towards a player's lifespan.

Something tiered could work. 30 is high, but probs not too high, so I can +1 this.

+1 I was just going to Suggest this. Alot of things changes from Season to Season and every Team is different for the most part. Alot of Agents have journeymen Player's and there Roles on each Team might change from Season to Season. I think this would help Teams work together more and good Coaches can take advantage of this. Otherwise, It has hinders your Recruiting by having to sift through talent because of the Player's VA's, much less trying to find the right Builds...It makes things almost impossible and take way too long Recruiting when you are like me and Recruit for Multiple Teams. I mean, The Coding is already there so why would this be on the NGTH List? It does and has happened a few times and should happen every Off-Season.

Just let the Agents get a Full VA Reset!!! It's not that big of a deal.
