Also my player created on day 40 still only has 14 points and he started with 12 and has not trained. Why wouldn't he have 18 training points?

So I am back to my original question: I have players created on day 40 and day 41, who have not trained and both have the same number of TPs, and they both have 14 TPs when they started with 12.

It doesn't matter what day they were created.....they will get the same amount of training points if built between day 41 and day 47.
If I build a dot on day 47 it will give me all the training points as if I built it on day 41.
If I build a dot on day 47 it will give me all the training points as if I built it on day 41.

It doesn't matter what day they were created.....they will get the same amount of training points if built between day 41 and day 47.
