One suggestion i have is to improve competitive balance for non-owner agents.
Allow Agents to seek out teams with needs at there position and choose their team. Instead of random 6 contracts from needy teams, an agent can choose a cpu team with a need at his position and apply and fill the position . This would allow for more competitive cpu teams. Minimum possible contract would be awarded.
As it stands now if your on a cpu team you have very little chance of competing.
computer teams with human starters at the position would not be applicable.
This simple adjustment can help new agents find their players on more competitive teams and ensure players with starting jobs keep there jobs.
IT would also encourage non owner agents to speak to each other to recruit players to apply to their cpu team.
