I am trying to change my picture to this :http://i50.tinypic.com/2608v4h.jpg, but it keep taking me back to the clear guy original profile picture. If anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated!

It can take time to update. That picture you linked is what i see for your avatar right now. Try refreshing this post by hitting control F5 to see if that makes it appear for you.
