ok so purely strenght is the most important for a NT? all the other attributes do not really matter?
I can still put the rest of my points in strenght.

but you have already missed the larger gains that he would have gotten before level 22

for the end build, you want to have attributes in the range of:
Strength: 155-160 (including EQ)
Speed: 70-90
Agility: 94-100
Jumping: you decide
Stamina: 60+
Vision: 65-75
Confidence: 40-60
Tackling: 75-90
