lots of college teams have those cool logo decals that players get for each big play...would be cool to have something like that each season

"Big plays" in this game aren't necessarily "big plays"--so much is driven by the level of competition (or the lack thereof).

He's right. Cool idea when facing good teams, but meaningless outside of a few leagues. As far as implementation, it would show up on the profile page or the awards page. In weak leagues, this would look retarded, especially since there's not enough space to show all the decals some would get.
