I've tried setting up tactics for this, and none of my ideas have worked so far

Looks like he has a PW team.

With a PW or regular team you should just use the AIs.

and use the DefensivePlayCreator, make custom plays. Tag that rushing QB, keep safities out wide to cover his sweeps.

Looks like it didn't work. Four players rushed for 20 yards per carry... looks like it wasn't just the QB he needed to worry about.

At that level you can just blitz the safeties from the outside and that will take care of 75% of what they can do with the rushing QB in.

Also, something needs to be addressed on the O side of the ball. Pee Wee, for the most part, is all about the running game. Fix that and you will fix a few other things.

thats because its peewee.... peewee kids suck at throwing, wanna be able to pass? play in real leagues.

Blitzing the safeties will actually kill screens too. Not much else the rushing QB can do. Rushing QB and scrambler QB are two entirely different builds.

There is so much wrong with that statement.

PW got another passing buff and passing is pretty much overpowered in PW.

Passing is just ok in peewees. It's the CBs over running the route so often that gives the illusion passing is good. If that wasn't happening I think the completion % would be around 15%.

If the QB is a scrambler but throws some and has a lower rushing bar you can move your safeties twords the outside in a more conventional defense.

You have to befriend the DPC and watch how other teams shut down the RQBs.

CPUs > humans obvi.

I admit I haven't looked at a Pee Wee game in 10 seasons or so. It seems running is the way to go for the avg OC. Even when I played, you had at least one team who figured out how to pass. It is possible but is tougher.
