Allow Mods to Sticky the top suggestions so they do not become repetitive.

Yes I know there is "Epic Suggestions", but I am tired of season the "weather suggestion", so not really sure what "epic" implies.

Moderator discretion and objectivity can be applied, but the most duplicated suggestions should be stickied imo.

It means suggestions that are really good or needed that either Bort can't code or hasn't figured out a way to make massive amounts of money off of yet.

well except that stickies are invisible. plus we'd probably end up with 2 pages of stickied suggestions (and that's just including suggestions that get suggested a lot.

I mean, I don't think stickying a suggestion would help cut down on duplicates seeming folks often suggest something that's already on the first page lol

When I get the time/energy/etc I might make a thread for suggestions up for voting and sticky that. It would probably cover several duplicates anyway.

Just an update, working on the suggestions up for vote in word right now. Once that's done I'll copy/paste it into a thread to be stickied.
