What subject says. Maybe have a check box on the training page that if checked its like normal where you occasionally get a training breakthrough. But I for one am sick of having say 80% trained and it says the next training will be somewhere between 17-19% and so I think it will be ok and I get screwed with a breakthrough and it rolls over. So maybe for those times you can uncheck the box and have no chance at a breakthrough....thoughts?

The training bonus was implemented to prevent perfect slow building. So if it's pissing you off by throwing off precision calculations, then it's WORKING AS INTENDED.

The game needs more minor acts of randomness such as the training bonuses. Its become more of a spreadsheet sim than a football sim.
