Warrior General Games

I know I've been around for a while and I probibly should know this. >_< Do the algs lower by player level or stat level. For instance, I notice stats that havn't even reached first cap are geting a slightly less percent than my main stat speed on my WR. Can someone please give me a breakdown ALGs over a players life

I feel like almost every question asked in this forum can be answered in far less time by entering 2-3 words into Google rather than typing out a three sentence post and waiting for someone to do it for you.
