As Coaches, we should have access to the actual % Hit each Position takes when Playing in another Position. All I have heard is the closer the Position to the switch, the less the Penalty and it's even lower for DE's playing LB but why all the Secrecy? That makes me think there isn't an actual % number and I'm being lied to. I have to answer to Players when I Play them a certain way and things don't add up, Why can't GLB answer to the Agents that take up hours of there time to Coach and have to deal with the Player's when there not happy. Between that and fighting with the Sim changes and everything else, It can cause Agents to quit for good and that's not good for the Game.

I do see it as much less of an issue now that archetypes are relatively balanced.

I don't really see any risk where the userbase would be (just as an example with the old system) using 4-major receiving TEs in place of 5-major WRs. It could actually be a positive, spurring some more players being played OOP.

I Play guys OOP all the time to create Mis Matches but I only try that if they have at least around 74+ Vision, Alot of times, things don't add up and I would just like the a List. I'm not saying nothing like DT @ RB like the Fridge but what if I make a CB that can Catch and want him to be like Primetime and be a CB / WR. How high does he need to get his Vision so he can do this effectively? Seems like this would be encouraged to try for Agents that get tired of the same cookie cutter builds.

Like it those Penalties are that big, how come a C / STer doesn't get a big hit when he is on ST Coverage Unit's? It's still a Defensive Minded Position even if he does have the ST Arch Type and STer VA.

Agree. This should be common knowledge. No point in hiding it, really.

Would really make setting up depth charts more fun as it's just basic math now.

I would just like to be able to tell Agents the OOP Penalty they will receive and if they want to be Played that way, So be it. I don't like to tell a Man Coverage FS with 84 Vision he will be fine playing 4th CB and then he gets out there and looks lost, What do I tell him...I didn't think the OOP would matter that much but I never really knew the hit to began with? I mean, Come on, let's get a little confirmation on this.

Dear sehorn31:

1) Please quit randomly capitalizing words
2) Just fill the positions with the proper people and you have no issues
3) There needs to be a mystery in the penalties and bonuses to some degree.......here's why:

This game is a mathematical game and nothing more. If Bort puts out all the actual information on bonuses and penalties and telling you exactly what "Clutch VA" does than you are going to have that group of math nerds who breaks everything down in a spreadsheet. Next thing you know......the cookie cutter program starts.

There has to be mystery because that's what keep teams guessing in their game plans. If everyone knew exactly what everything did than everyone would build and play exactly the same for the most part.

Try it, and if the player looks lost, stop it.

Giving away code removes what little reason remains to watch the sims.
