If you want it even use 98/99 , put lowest stam HB as starter and don't have none of em on ST

You have 3 slots ...
HB - starter
RB1
RB2
So you can put one at each position and then in your OAi - call out one of the three at even distribution. With RNG, it still won't be exactly even, but real close over time

Do not do this. Just put all 3 HB's in the RB slot and use 98/99. End of story.
