I would say yes because of speed, speed, and more speed!

It could be a lot better. By that point in a dot's career you should have throwing/speed/agility, not just vision but one of those three, up to at least 85. Well, probably 90-95 in today's sim. His Effective Level probably blows...

no, you can't do a dual threat. It has to be a cookie cutter build.
