Go to the league page of the league you want to enter and click League Survivor Game.

you have to choose the league or leagues you want to enter. you do this by going to the league page.

for example the one everyone should try to play cause it has the biggest payout is the World League

than click the league survivor game and that is where you make your selections. After you make all your selections, you will see them populated on your home page league survivor.
