would sometimes be useful to be able to send alerts to all members of a private forum just like you can to all agents on a team
should have an opt-out for the forum members where they can check "i do not wish to receive alerts from this forum" (would be nice to have for some teams too!)
could also be an "upgrade" available to PF owners if GLB wants to charge a bit more for this
