Is it better to train on LIGHT, so as to gain quick BTs, and use them to max out enhanced training pct, then switch to intense? Or, stay on intense training, and wait much longer?

thx

Intense Only to get #1 attribute to cap asap and continue intense until 36 BT's to start multi training come start of season

Depends on who you ask. Either way will make a good dot.

Ah, I see the multi-train is a single choice type of thing. No intense, med, light choices. What's the consensus with Rookies? Get 'em into full blown multi-train ASAP, or stay single LIGHT training for awhile to gain BT's ??

thx

multi-train asap.
but some light to mix in light training early on just to get enough BTs to enhance the training of certain atts. (and obviously to unlock multi-training.)

Do not train light. It's mathematically a bad idea outside of the first training session ever in your player's career.

I would not rush to start multi-training.

So, what's the advantage of multi-training over single intense training? If you can only multi-train once every two days, 'cause it takes four training points, why not just alternate days on single intense training, for two training points each night?

What am I missing here?

Multi-training gives you an added bonus to your training. Off the top of my head I want to say that 4-way multi-training provides a 30% bonus (multiplicative) to each attribute being trained.

What I've seen posted (and do so myself) is to START training on intense until 1st cap for primary... then light train until 1st game of regular season to build up BT's, then switch to multi-training. There's variations on this on length of light training/intense training, what skills to multi-train (primary or not), and how many BT's you should have once you start multi-training. Suggest you get together with knowledgeable teammates and take notes... figure out what way you think is best... and then go for it. If you don't like where it's going or feel you've made a mistake, recycle (retire) your dot(s) and try again. The best builders here have all bombed a build somewhere in their time.

He did say ROOKIE training ofcourse I do, as does mostly everyone else.

I should have been more precise, yes.

Still, I am a fond believer of enhancing 10%, training light once, enhancing 20%, training intense till boost, then just start multi-training around day 7-14 of a player's career...

And to bucknhacks, you don't multi-train every 2 days, that's the craptastic 2-way multi. The correct way is to multi-train every FOUR days by multi-training 4-way. It gives you a huge training boost while at the same time giving you more BTs than intense does. It's a win-win situation.

2way training +5%
3way training +20%
4way training +30%
