Good build/Bad Build?

Strength and Carry are both being raised to 77. Other than that what are your thoughts and opinions on where this player should go next.

I know you said you are adding to carrying but its WAY too low for your level, you put SP into SA's too early and now its hurting your build. it's not bad but its definitely not a WL build and he is on the low end of pro builds

I'd consider doing the VA reset and getting rid of quick and replacing it with Slippery.
