Not a huge thing, but also should be easy - when setting up a marketplace ad, for the "Will Boost?" dropdown, add the option "N/A" for dots that are already at max level. Even better, just make it "N/A" automatically for those dots.
[No, I don't want to boost.]
[Yes, I will boost.]
[N/A]

Optionally, just make the second choice "Yes, I will boost or already maxed."

Yeah, it should just reflex to blank if the player is maxed.
