I feel it would make things go much smoother for recruiters if they already knew if a player had interest or no interest in playing for Casual or Regular teams, or simply No Preference.
Maybe some checkbox for each player that would then show up on the player's page, or in the marketplace (or both).
Just something to keep agents from having to yell it to the mountain tops because I guess they forgot, or they are tired of having to repeat it.... in some cases I have actually seen some of these agents claim "no casual", yet still sign players to "casual" teams; SMH... go figure.
