Just clarify that one training session is 2 TP. (and not 8 TPs for a quad train).

If the conversion ratio is bad enough (like OP suggested), then receiving some BT from the training is not a problem (save some coding time).

The suggested 15 BT = 2 TP is horrible, the obsessive people will just avoid it.
