If a Kicker wins a game in the last minute of a game, most teams would carry him to the sidelines and his name would be in the headlines the next day.
The sim should alter the top performer math to increase the worth of FGs made in the last minute of the 4Q.

example: only scoring for the game is the Kicker. GLB Headlines for this game read, Soccer match breaks out during football game: Walking Dead win the shootout. BORING!

If the QB gets top performer for a TD that wins the game so should the kicker be rewarded in top performer and fame points.

Kicker and punter both made the top performers. Granted both offenses were horrid.

I used to have a punter as a top player threat a few seasons ago. I honestly didnt like it

The op knows a kicker or punter can be a top performer I think he means if its a game winning FG that the kicker should be in the top performer list, I would assume this would need to be expanded if a huge play won the game like a deep pass or long run etc, etc.

Well, was just going back through some footage of SBs and National Championships (RL) and didn't come across a 50 yarder in the last minute where the kicker didn't get some love.

As far as a big play, in a game separated by a single score, I think it's perfectly valid. If a Player gets put into a position to win the game and does then he deserves some face time.

As far as the first responder only 1 example has your kicker kicking in the final minute where the game was up for grabs. guess you missed the point.

Punters make the top performers way too often in low scoring games. What we really need is defensive players making top performers way more often in those low scoring games.

That's OK -- the OP has 0 examples of a relevant FG being kicked in the last minute.

it happens but isnt consistent. i remember a recent 6-0 game and the kicker didnt make the top 5..
