Just looking at a few threads and I hear a lot of crap about World League and how peewee isn't anything to brag about (we'll for most of silver and all of copper they're right). You all know as well as I do, some of the best agents/coordinators/owners/dot builders are here in peewee gold.
Has anyone ever thought about getting together a team of some of the top PWG agents and taking it as far as it could go?
Granted the way we build dots would change, but would anyone be interested in doing that?

People have suggested it but no one has ever tried it completely. I don't think many of us have the will or the patience to do that.

There is one former long time Pee Wee agent that made it to the WL on his own that is there now...

PWG used to be at or at least near the level of the WL, but the quality of PWG has dropped a fair amount in the past several season to where I wouldn't make that boast anymore.

As for to agents going all the way, what works down here doesn't always equate to what works at higher levels, so while there are a lot of good PW agents, those agents would need to spend time at the higher levels refining their skills to what works there and most of us just don't have the interest to do that.

I highly doubt a pee wee team could ever beat a WL team.

I have had pro and casual league teams before but I have never had any success because the skills needed up there for coordinating and recruiting are completely different than down here. Also, I never really figured out high level player building although I have had a bunch of players that have been successful in pro leagues, most of my players have been backups or eventually cut from their teams as they were not good enough. It's very hard to be both good at pee wee and high levels at the same time unless you really spend a lot of time on both as they are completely different mindsets.

I don't think a peewee team could beat a WL team. I do think that the agents and coordinators from peewee gold could eventually get to WL and be successful.

So what if we had a proper build strategy in place? Would the top coordinators in Gold be interested in creating a few dots and following a build plan?

I am no where near a top coordinator but i would definitely be interested in doing this.

I'd build a dot and could offer some time at DC

The problem I see with that is the problem I'm having with my university team right now. If a couple agents go inactive it is near impossible to replace them. There is pretty much zero free agents to even reject your contracts. Between that and a few players leaving you get into a downward spiral. We have two sister teams and my team will have to feed the main team to make it very high. If we could get three teams as sort of a mini network it might work.

just cause people can build good pee wee dots, doesn't mean they can build top level dots. Just look at LHF's page
