Keep all the other EQ prices the same, but drop the upgrading cost to 25 from 30.
Forum > Suggestions > Lower Cost of EQ Upgrades to 25 BT's

Would give a little more wiggle room to allow more build variety via training or BT generated SPs.

This. Why does my LB seem to get HB AEQ on rolls more than anything? Ridiculous.

Yeah thats really annoying.
However I do not see that as an alternative idea but an additional one. Both would be nice, though the rolling one is much more important due to the frustration WTF factor of the current set up.

The more choices we have the MORE thinking we get to do actually.
So making it a little less tight budget wise lets us buy more stuff with BTs and I think thats better than a rigorous test of math skills that results in precise training cut off dates to barely afford your AEQ.

Yea and not everyone wants to come home from a long day of work to do more math.
Face it, out of all the quirks and extras this game is offering to players, it's all geared towards the END GAME.
Most of these good teams are all saving everything until they hit plateau.
NEW PLAYERS, CASUAL PLAYERS, they don't do that math, they don't make long term investment plans and seek robust build strategies and have 10 hour conversations with their networks about how to do when to do what the math, how it adds, subtracts, etc. They just want to play a game..
Making 4 AEQ pieces 200 BT's cheaper (4 pieces, 10 upgrades at 5 less flex, = 200 flex saved from 25 cost instead of 30.) will only help this game and help shorten the gap between the player base. I'd rather see everyone get 4 pieces of AEQ than only the top 10 percentile who's willing to spend 10 hours up front doing the math and then 20 hours over the next year trying to make sure they followed that perfect build plan to allow for them to have 4 AEQ's..

i dont think the intention was for every player to have 4 AEQs. if anything, raise it to 50 and make people make hard decisions.
