In the offseason, the agent should be allowed to modify the weight of the dot just as weight can be modified by a player to fit a need. Of course the weight change should see the appropriate + - Modifiers.

-1 for the simple reason that a ton of people would mess around with the modifier and screw up something then they would rant and rave at how GLB screwed them. when in reality it was the people screwing up the slider. just seems like alot more of a headache than a help.

Agree but I ponder what would happen if you could spend flex or BT's to purchase the ability to alter physical characteristics? Something like this?;
100 Flex allows a +/- 1 to height ... or... +/- 5 lbs weight
200 flex allows +/- 2/10
300 flex allows +/- 3/15
BT's could also be used but I think flex works better as both a income for GLB and as a moderator for those that might try to 'exploit the system'. Also I'd make limits to the changes... say no more than +/- 6 inches ...or... 30 lbs weight (2X 300 flex buys). (Also, max limits would remain so you couldn't go OVER the height/weight limits the game has in place already.)
I think this would allow people to make changes they feel they messed up on or even allow them to change their minds later in the builds.

+1
cost of some bonus tokens would make people a little more cautious before making the change.

I dont think you should be able to alter height.
This first off. Second I would suggest making it a VA, "Gain Mass" or "Vegan Diet." Add or subtract a pound per VA. Would cost you VA points to get it which is one less thing you can spend them on and you would get the added benefits of whatever only whatever weight effected V As come long with that. But might need to add a - to STA if you gain weight or a - to STR if you lose weight.

Idea is decent, although like has been said above, height shouldn't be able to be changed.
I like the VA option too.
