vision at level 18-20 should be ~30-40 IMO after you round out your other skills, IMO your player is waaayyy too rounded right now but since im assuming you dont boost it'll be kinda hard to fix that quickly...i dunno what to suggest personally heh

I would say at this point...the season is over for your team pretty much...
I would sell off the equip you have to catching & put that to agility befor the next upgrades become available @ 16.
Then, I'd drop that 4 on sp/ag * decide which I wanted to get to 60 first.
probably speed since it is leading...
all the while training carrying......but that's just me .
