When you click between Intense/Normal/Light, the attribute will switch back to the last thing you've actively selected under that intensity, rather than staying on what you selected.

As I stayed up until 4am to excitedly finish off my build and this just caused me to goof up by training something I just finished rolling over, and not the attribute I meant to roll over, two days before plateau, I'm a little more miffed about this than usual.

Suggestion: the pulldown menus shouldn't change unless I physically change them.

Yup. Has happened to me a few times. Very frustrating.

It'd be nice if it stuck to what you changed it to as well, even if you didn't train.

i.e. I lack 8 training points, but swap one of my multi-training attributes so it's ready to go when I do have 8 points. Normally, that's impossible because it just resets to my last training. There's got to be some easy way to have it update as you change things.

+1 but i'd amend the OP for coding reasons (dropdowns are faulty by nature)
Something like making the default choice be blank every time with last option(s) chosen either showing on a popup or auto-printed to the right of drop down...
