Warrior General Games

Just shooting this one off the hip, but it would be classic to have each conference/league have an after the playoffs bowl with the top skilled and top performers from the conferences face off against each other.

Eastern All Stars vs. Western All Stars
or
Alphas vs. Zetas

Nothing would be gained from this, and the teams would be CPU coached maybe. But there could be a Bowl MVP at best. This would give the MVP rankings some sort of merit and also add a decent game to watch during the down-time.

already been suggested a number of times and looks like it won't happen. I know catch22 did something similar for the WL but had to do it on the test server.

Yea, I can see it being hard to do to get certain players from Team A (regular season team) on Team Z (all-star team).

Maybe they could just be signed to the all star team for one day (day of the bowl game), and then signed back to to the regular team the following day.

I believe it would be more of a headache to try to code the stuff needed to make it happen than it would be worth in reality. but I would like to see a Pro-Bowl

I think the real 'issue' is who goes and who votes on who goes. The key of course is 'can't vote for your team/players'.

I think it would rely a good deal on MVP rankings, or leaders at positions. Along with voting, but less weighted.

If the NFL is getting rid of it, then we should just be considered ahead of the curve.

I think it would be fun. I'd determine selection entirely by the MVP formula, as any voting process would lead to people voting for the (presumed) best builds, not necessarily for those who had the best seasons.

the mvp is total FUBAR. how would you determine the best right tackle (since most pancake leaders are LOT), or blocking back/te. whats a kr/pr going to do w/o their full team of STOPs blocking for them? best punter? do you take the kicker that is better at long FG or the weaker legged one that didnt miss inside the 40?

in theory, it would be a lot of fun, but logistically, i just dont see how it would ever be fair.
