You can add your team to a list kinda like insta scrims. The twist is that you gain control of the other teams tactics, meaning the moment you setup the scrim you could run a series of games and change whatever tactics you want and you would know what you were up against so you could test different plays on O or D.
I think you would have to stick with casual tactics so it would easily work in the casual league and some more though would have to be put into the standard format. Maybe allowing you to just use those casual settings for the other league just on the ghosted team.
You couldnt check to see what tactics they were using though. When you took control of the "GHOST" team it would just have a default set.
The benefit would be to play the same team a few different ways and see what works best. I would rather play an evenly matched team 10 times tweaking things then 10 different teams with unknown tactics set.
EDIT: If you could clone your team but have the players names changed to something generic than maybe this would also allow the inter squad practices people always suggest but the code has been the issue.
