Which would you guys choose for a Man Specialist arch CB ??
Wrap Up Tackle or Jack Hammer. Though you might not use either. It just depends on where you go with the build.

Pretty much this. In my experience, I was going to say it doesn't really matter since CBs dont really need or have much want for anything outside of what they already have access to. But Wrap-up Tackle or Jackhammer would be the ones that you would probably want to get just in case.
