Good start, don't put anymore money into Special Abilities until you get into the level 30 range. You need to spend those points on your ratings as you will get a bigger bang for your buck. Obviously pick up some Custom EQ, it is worth spending the flex.
Otherwise just start pumping up VIS ans STR. Keep training the support ratings as well, you should start multi-training (4 ratings at once) if you have not already begun doing so. Overall I think you have a good solid player going, just make sure you into a good offensive system, it will make all of the difference for your QB.

It's not that good, throwing could be a bit higher, like nearly 84ish or so, though it's alright except for the SA's.
