Should I continue to build them accordingly or switch them to STOPs for my team I own?

If it were me, I would keep the Gs and retire the OTs, but that is mainly because I feel blocking as high as those OTs will have is a waste of sp and takes away from strength and/or agility.

all of them need a lot more stamina.

Even at such a low level stamina???
Would converting the OT to a STOP be of use?

No u do not need more stamina at lvl 31. At lvl 79 yes but now if u have more your making a bad dot

That's what I was thinking too. Don't need the stamina yet

Their agility should be higher, but high blocking is a good thing, especially now that Bort has made blocking a bigger part of the rolls.

take all their stats up, simple game.

vision agility confidence some speed all in the 700's ideally.
