just as the title says. have a grace period of a x amount of days from when the team turned cpu, then give them the option to buy their way off the team for like 200 flex.

There's already a three-day waiting period in effect from when the team goes CPU until it becomes available for purchase. Your players can be released from the team or accept contract offers from other teams - no Flex Point expenditure needed.
