Simple suggestions: create a quick skill points editor that is similar to the quick tactics editor, etc that we already have.

Why needed? For those agents who have created multiple players at the same time, they tend to level at the same time, so why not have one page that will allow you to distribute SP's for each player all in one spot.

Save some time.

On a side note, you could do the same thing for Veteran Points as well...

With the newer dots I have noticed that there is a bigger Chore Factor since they are leveling in a group like that. This sounds like it should help.

Nothing negative?

This could be lumped in with automated EQ and VA suggestions. I believe all should be implemented sooner than later.
