For many seasons now the best defenses have been "Outside In" defenses since even if you position your defense to stack the outside, they'll immediately react towards inside runs and sprint inside to help gang tackle the RB as he picks his way through the Oline.

Also wouldn't mind seeing a bigger penalty against recognizing Run plays when using Pass Focus Settings. Maybe not allow them to "see" a running play until the handoff portion of the play

I understand that generally the players on the outside have fairly high vision which will help them "diagnose" plays, but they shouldn't be running towards the center of the field as soon as the ball is snapped.

there no PA yet so what is the lb be fake out of

this is pretty much mute until they add PA

Defenders could all be a little slower off the gate in general, take a second to see before reacting FFS barring the usual line blitz
