Do away with the special teams archs from normal positions. Make a STOP who has 2 arches, either coverage or returner. His cover tree will have mostly coverage SAs with 1 or 2 blocking ones(namely run block). The other tree is fairly obvious, all the prefered KR/PR SAs. Cost to make would be 100 flex.

-1. It's good enough as it is, with Special Teams archetypes and the user choosing his SAs by choosing his position. The various positions are more or less like different STOP archetypes.

-1 STC's don't use their STOPS anywhere else in the game... it would ruin the STOP builds and ruin ST's
