Why are we allowed to scheldule games with teams that are 10+ levels higher/lower. You should only be allowed to scrim your same age/level anything else is just a waste of peoples flex

There is an option that prevents this, "allowed", means there is an option that would allow this as well. If I am not mistaken, this is not forced.

I just had a scrim a sophomore team scheldule, if there is an option it should be defaulted

That just prevents those teams from scheduling your team. It doesn't prevent you (in the general sense, not you specifically) from being an idiot and scheduling one yourself.
