Allow select agents to have Anti-Moderation powers. This could either be associated with Suspension Points Status, a flex program or a combination of both.

Possible Powers

<> Unlock - the ability to unlock previously locked threads.

<> Unban Forum - the ability to unban another agent from forum suspension, I'm thinking you couldn't allow this to work on yourself.

<> Unban Agent - This would be focused on those agents who have been banned from the game, uncertain how to make this work.

<> Ban Mod - Ability to Forum ban a specific Moderator

<> Cheat Sheet - Ability to access all changes made to the game from a 24 hour period

<> +1 - Ability to move a suggestion to epic.
