I think it would be cool to have on your main page your total win loss record as a team owner, DC, OC and head coach. Also maybe plaoff wins. I think that would be a great way to determine the success of a coach/owner.

not really. A DC might let up 7 points a game but his offense only scores 6 points or less a game. doesnt reward that awesome DC.
