I think it would be pretty cool to let people rate you as a Agent/Owner with like a 5 star system like they use on EBAY. The only way you can vote is being on that team so the Owner would rate the Agents and the Agents would rate the Owner. We could also use this option for coaches also if we want.

You've been here a fairly long time, i'm not sure how you can come up with a 90-95% of people being honest here. Look at the voting. Even the most non controversial/helpful items up for voting get hundreds of no votes.
This has come up before, pretty sure if it's not on the NGTH list, it pretty much is not going to happen. Too easily abused, and don't think they want to have official GLB supported black lists, which is what this would do by them coding in something like this.
The karma system was bad enough and that just hides/locks posts in 3 forums. This would potentially block people from playing the game from personality conflicts that have no basis in anything to do with the game.

While I don't particularly care for the idea because it would be too easy to exploit., I think you mis-interpreted his post about referring to caoches. I don't think he was referring to the old "coaches" idea as it appears, but he's looking for a rating system to extend to GM's (coaches is what they'd be called IRL) as well as owners. Still don't like the idea, but pretty sure that's where he was going with it.
