It would make things much easier if we could send group PM's. There are times when I need to communicate with multiple users at once when they are not online. I think everyone, especially owners and/or GM's, could use this.

I'd rather see each team get a free subforum that the owner could dictate access to. So you could have a "GM forum" for gameplanning etc

There is a script where you can create the actual groups and mass PM.
