He isn't having a great career.... what could I have done differently??

Could use 2 AEQ's of Pass Quality % and maybe a Pass Distance % as well.

Not really all that high of throwing for that level. Most pure passing qb's are sitting on near 160 throwing if not more.

Big Heart probably not a real great choice for really anyone right now. Laser Arm or Slow Starter would be better choices.

Needs at least 1 in OT Killer.

you are also on a bad team from what it looks like, they probably don't OC. Throwing is pretty low though and you don't have a pass quality % piece which is pretty much required.

Ok, Now +15 Laser Arm (+6.93 Throwing) and +1 OT Killer.

Just got a pass quality piece. 2 upgrades short of full....
Will work on boosting it up higher.
