1) Will the passing game be messed up? LOTS of changes:
---1a) Lower PQ on deep passes...will they be relevant at all in PW? 3rd/4th & long will more likely target deep throws...will PW get screwed b/c QB's won't be able to complete a 15 yard pass?
---1b) The way the QB progression works is different...what will this look like with low vision?
---1c) Tougher to catch balls in crowds...what will the scaling look like? Will anything be caught if there is more than 1 defender around?
---1d) QB can stop pass mid-pump...how incredibly slow will a PW player do this? Will we see a ton of pumps and then the QB freaks out and gets sacked?
---1e) Bobbled balls will be tougher to catch...will they be possible to catch at all at our levels?
---1f) Receiver ability to see and react to passes is decreased...will our receivers just stand there wide open and let the ball bounce a few feet away?
---1g) QB's will be more patient...will our QB's now just hold the ball until all the receivers are so deep the passes can't possibly be completed?

2) Importance of tackling skill increased in tackling...will this matter to us since most PW HB's have no strength? Or will we all have to get tackling really high on defenders where currently you can pretty much ignore it if you use wrap-up tackle?

3) Tackle angle affects break tackle chance, defenders need more strength to make head-on tackle...much like 2, will we actually have to train strength on LB's now? And if we have to train strength & tackling...will you sacrifice agility or vision...and will they have any chance to cover a HB out of the backfield?

4) Fumbles are decreased, but carrying now a bigger factor in the roll...will this mean more fumbles in PeeWee, or will this be a moot point b/c fumbles are decreased and we had hardly any to begin with?

5) Power Thru got a buff...will this have any impact on PeeWee? Combined with the tackling changes will powerbacks be relevant again...and if so, will they only be relevant if you stack SA's?

6) Changes to OL/DL interaction. How will this scale down...will this help the OL or DL? I'm guessing OL will benefit...will blitzing in PW finally be relevant and/or required to get pressure on the QB?

7) Increased mobility for KR/PR...will this mean more return TD's b/c currently our returners run right up the middle when there are huge holes to the outside? Or does this mean that our low agility/vision returners will just freak out and shake once the defenders get close?

Did I miss anything?

I've done 2 scrims so far. They were without the first 15 points spent, so no idea how things will scale as those get spent. But my initial jump to conclusions:

Blocking vs DLinemen is way crazy better. I feel like they don't make tackles nearly as much as they would have in a similar position last time. There was even a play where the center pushed the NT back 1v1 about 10 yards downfield.
Because of the above ^^^ QBs have a lot more time and running seems to be (*gasp*) feasible.
QBs seem to hold onto the ball longer.
QBs can't throw for shit anywhere past 5 yards. LE and I had roughly 1/4 of our passes get flagged as "bad passes", and those were the particularly terrible ones.

So the net passing general result is that QBs sit around in the pocket for half an hour, then launch a deep pass that goes flying into the stands. At least, that's I noticed from my terrible lvl 1 starter dots.

Yeah no points spent (I'm lazy like that) but even with the 15 I think they would be aweful past 5 yards.
Havent tested the run game, will do that next

Using dots without SP spent, and an OAI from late last season, but passing looked terrible in the scrim we played tonight. I compared it to our early scrims from s26, and it looked even worse. So many bad throws, so many times the QB was passing up guys in single coverage. It looks pretty different to me. It's very early though. Just hope things are looking considerably better in a week or two!

In today's change log it looks like Bort upped the low-level passing boost. Curious to see what that will mean at level 8 and and the end of the season.

Passing game sucks. QB holds the ball and runs even though tactics say not to and there is a wide open WR

Yup. This is a bit of a game-killer right now. When your dots are ignoring the tactics you set up for them, there's not much more you can do.

Quite like the return of some inside rushing, although people will probably find ways to kill that.

Punt Returns are silly. Too many fair catches.
