OK, explain this a little better.... I do not see that player listed under your active OR retired players.

If that is what you are trying to say, then this is a Support Issue as it is not a suggestion or a bug.

Maybe he is suggesting that he did want to save the players name?

Either way, it is a support issue and I am not sure that even they can undo a retired player that wasn't saved.
